Our generator stopped on Sunday during a power outage. First thing Monday morning, we called GenPro to set up a service call. Since we had used their services in the past, they were able to bring up the records from a prior repair. Tanner showed up at the house promptly at 2:00, just like he said he would! Delightful, knowledgeable young man who explained our problem, fixed it and charged a very reasonable price. We can't recommend them highly enough!
It's above and beyond most anything I've seen
Amazing! Not only was I impressed by the work that Shawn and his crew did but the inspector from my Township who came to sign off on the electrical work was impressed! Everywhere he looked he said the same thing - "this is great work - it's above and beyond most anything I've seen." There are not enough superlatives to adequately describe the experience - the equipment, the crew, the work done and the ease with which everything was completed. Awesome.
